Returns & Delivery Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when submitting cards to MGC. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, delivery, and returns are handled – clearly and in plain English.

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind after placing an order but before sending us your cards, you’re entitled to cancel and request a full refund. This is your right under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To cancel, just contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we’ll process the refund in full.

Once your cards have arrived and the grading process has started, the order becomes a personalised service. At this stage, cancellations and refunds are no longer available unless we’ve made a mistake.

If grading hasn’t yet begun, we may still be able to return your cards and offer a partial refund (please note: postage and handling fees may not be refundable).

Refunds

We offer full or partial refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Full refund if you cancel within 14 days and haven’t sent your cards.
  • Partial refund if your cards have arrived but grading hasn’t yet started.
  • Reslab if we’ve made an error in grading or slab production.

We do not offer refunds for cards that have already been graded unless there has been a mistake on our part.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there’s been an error (such as a labelling issue or grading fault), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the slab for inspection. If we confirm that a mistake has occurred, we’ll reslab the affected item at no cost to you.

Delivery & Turnaround

Graded cards are returned using the tracked postage method you selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Estimated turnaround times for each grading tier are listed on our website. These are guidelines and not guarantees – although we work hard to meet or beat them.

If your returned cards haven’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please check the tracking details. If there’s a problem, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Non-Returnable Items

All cards graded by MGC are considered bespoke and personalised items. For this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe your statutory rights apply, let us know and we’ll do our best to put things right.
